The Resiliency Quiz Allowed Me For Practice Personal...

The Resiliency Quiz allowed me to practice personal reflection and self-correction in hopes of assuring continual professional development. As an individual this quiz encouraged me to use the skill of being able to readily identify resiliency to myself and those around me with ease. As an inspiring Social Worker this assignment reiterated to me the importance of being aware of resiliency and how it may have different meanings to people. As related to the actual quiz my analysis of my answers, combined with understanding the sections of â€Å"The Resiliency Wheel and how they work together as machine to build resiliency while assisted me to helping to other with coping with or avoiding trauma with a learned form of awareness. This quiz also encouraged me to learn how to recognize the extent to which culture s structure and values may oppress, marginalize, alienate or create or enhance privilege and power. In addition, this assignment helped me with reminding myself that I need to c onstantly work on at the minimum decreasing or ideally eliminating my personal biases so that they will not hinder me from working proficiently with diverse groups. Resilience is a word that, in my opinion, can be used as an adjective or adverb. It can used to describe me as a person for pushing forward through barriers and struggles.
